Franchise Information and Offering

ShredStation discloses information about its franchise offering by issuing a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (“UFOC”). Certain states * (registration states) require franchisors to register their offering prior to advertising, soliciting, directing, marketing or selling a franchise. At this time ShredStation is not registered in any of these states.

Information contained on this website is not intended to constitute an advertisement, solicitation or an offer to sell a franchise. In addition, any direct or implied offering is specifically not advertised, solicited, directed to offered to any resident of these registration states*, unless ShredStation has completed the required registration process.
